Apparently Pills Can Increase Endurance Body

Did you ever imagine a fitness exercise for hours without feeling tired? Maybe someday we can all do it. Researchers from the Salk Institute reported that they had found two pills that have been tested to the rat where efficacious to improve endurance. The first pills known as Aicar, these pills can increase endurance in treadmill exercise rats by 44% within 4 weeks after therapy. The second pills called GW1516, was able to increase endurance mice to 75%, but must be combined with physical exercise to get maximum effect.
Based on the results of studies in rats, this pills may be applied to humans, who control muscle tone with the same genes as mice. And if the pills works and proves safe, then the pills can be marketed to the public. These drugs can provide many benefits, including the drug could help those that are difficult or have limited ability in the exercise, and those with special health problems like diabetes that can be controlled with exercise.
Dr. Johan Auwerx, a specialist in metabolic diseases at the University Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France, said that Aicar give good results and promising in the treatment of diabetes and obesity. He also said that the facts revealed that the pills can create effects like sports are a big advantage because diet and exercise are the pillars in the treatment of diabetes.
Dr. Evans and colleagues examined the genes controlling protein called PPAR-delta, which can give instructions to the burning of fat cells. Dr. Evans describes that both pills are able to activate muscle remodeling system in mice. GW1516 activates the PPAR-delta but the mice have to do physical exercises to improve his endurance. This is probably because the PPAR-delta to exchange one set of genes that he had with a set of genes sports, and both sets of genes are required for increased durability.
The second pills, called Aicar able to increase endurance without the involvement of physical exercise. Dr. Evans believes that mimic the effects of both drugs after physical exercise and is able to activate PPAR-delta. Aicar works in a way resembling the products of energy metabolism, providing a signal to the cell that has been burned off energy and requires burning more. But both pills have not been tested to the man for long-term health effects are unknown.
