Breast Cancer, Prevent with Mushroom Extract

Mushroom extract has long been used for centuries by medicine in east Asia are believed to stop breast cancer cells from growing and may also tell scientists under the mushroom extract can be used as a ‘weapon’ to fight new diseases that kill.
Laboratory experiments using cells of human breast cancer cells showed that the fungus called Phellinus linteus has signified an anti-breast cancer, possibly by inhibiting an enzyme called AKT. AKT is known as controlling the growth of cancer cells.
Phellinus linteus, known as the song gen in Chinese medicine, the-meshimakobu Hwang in Korea and Japan, have previously shown that having anti-tumor cells to skin cancer, prostate and even lung. Recent research on breast cancer has indicating that the researchers tried to figure out how it could happen.
Dr. Daniel Silva, a researcher from the Methodist Research Institute in Indianapolis said the mushroom extract lowers the uncontrolled growth of breast cancer cells, suppress and inhibit feeding aggressiveness of a tumor of blood vessels.
Dr. Daniel Silva also said that this knowledge can’t be applied to modern medicine, but it is hoped the research could encourage many other researchers to do research on fungi such as its use as a treatment for breast cancer. And the findings have been reported in The British Journal of Cancer.
