Eggs Breakfast Can Make You Slender

In a study published in the journal Nutrition Research, experts from the United States found that men with breakfast eggs in the morning tended to eat less during the day than those who had breakfast with high-carbohydrate menu.
Through such research reinforces previous studies which stated that breakfast of eggs can reduce caloric intake during the day and help reduce your weight by 65 percent. Those eggs have also been proven to be more energetic than by choosing carbohydrate.
In this study, researchers from the University of Connecticut compared the two groups of respondents with a typical American breakfast menu. “They were having breakfast with high protein menu will not feel hungry during the day,” said Maria Luz Fernandez, PhD, nutritionist, head of research.
