Eye Health, How to Maintain it?

Eye HealthHuman eye is the sense of sight is very precious. Eye health is often overlooked, but the eyes are the windows to the world that allows people to see things in life. Unwittingly, the disease can come to anyone. Some diseases can come without complaint, to cause a tremendous impact for the sufferer.

Eye health exams by an ophthalmologist regularly are the best way to detect eye problems early on. Some diseases of the eye without examination early can lead to fatal effects, even death, such as glaucoma and cataracts.

Therefore there is no harm in always maintaining eye health. Maintaining eye health can be done through the consumption of foods containing vitamin A and are always doing things that can prevent health problems from eye.

Maintaining eye health in general can be done by:

  1. Frequently clean up the eye health with a tissue, and not by hand or handkerchief.
  2. If you wear cosmetics make sure that you are not allergic to it.
  3. Frequently wash your face, at least 3 times a day, especially when frequently traveling or dust.
  4. If you leave the house with the risk of exposure to sunlight, wind, smoke, try to wear protective goggles, helmets and hats binoculars.
  5. If irritation to the eye health should wear eye-counter medications but do not buy random drug, it is very dangerous because it can lead to blindness.
