Do you ever feel a huge fear-related disease that afflicts you? From now throw away that fear. You see a study has shown, excessive fear it will adversely affect the healing process.

Research conducted by experts in London, England involving 208 heart patients have found that those with the highest levels of anxiety when experiencing a heart attack can actually end up with the worst conditions. It is published by the European Heart Journal that fear are intimately associated with the increase of a substance in the blood that indicates inflammation. The study was very stressed about the increase in inflammation that can lead to long-term health consequences.

Andrew Steptoe, professor of psychology at the British Heart Foundation said that a large inflammatory response known to damage the heart, and improve heart problems in the long term as well as heart attacks. The research initiated by scientists at Imperial College has found that patients who have a huge fear of death have been proven to increase levels of TNF alpha. Levels of TNF alpha is a sign that is associated with inflammatory processes in the body. The researchers also measured the variability of heart rate and stress hormone cortisol in three weeks after a heart attack.

Andrew Steptoe also said that the fear of death is not just an emotional response, but also related to biological changes during an acute heart attack. This is an observational study, so we do not know whether to help people overcome fear clinically to promote healing.

Dr Mike Knapton, medical director of the British Heart Foundation, stated the study shows that those most anxious when the heart attack experiences a greater increase in blood markers associated with inflammation. He also said that previous inflammation has been associated with increased risk of heart attack but we do not fully understand why it could happen. We need to know now is, that we must eliminate the fear in patients with heart disease. And if this can be implemented, it will produce good results for the future.
