<p>The researchers say that making a special <a title="avocado oil" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avocado_oil" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><b>avocado oil</b></a> content which is specifically able to penetrate into the mitochondria, an important part of the functioning of body cells convert food into energy. Many antioxidants contained in fruits and vegetables such as carrots or tomatoes are also able to block the free radicals &#8211; but unable to penetrate into the mitochondria.</p>

<p>Even when compared to healthy individuals, those with <u>anxiety</u> disorders tend to have higher IQ scores and higher levels of activity in the brain, which helps in communication between parts of the brain. One researcher who publishes his research on February 1, 2012 in the journal Frontiers in Neuroscience Evolutionary say that this region is estimated to have contributed to the success of human evolution.</p>
<p>Dr. Jeremy Coplan, leader of the study and professor of psychiatry at<em> State University of New York Downstate Medical Center</em> said that even though we tend to view <a title="anxiety" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anxiety" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">anxiety</a> as something that is not good, but it is strongly associated with intelligence &#8211; a trait that is highly adaptive.</p>
<p>In his study, that study involved 26 patients with anxiety disorders and 18 healthy people to complete the exam tests IQ. Participants were also asked to fill out questionnaires to assess their anxiety levels. Among participants with anxiety disorders, those with higher levels of anxiety, have higher IQ levels as well.</p>
<h3>Interestingly, different results actually demonstrated in healthy patients. Those who have higher IQ scores tend to have lower levels of anxiety, and those with low IQ scores tend to have higher levels of concern.</h3>
<p>Dr. Jeremy Coplan also revealed that a person who has little sense of anxiety can cause problems for individuals and society. Because people are not able to see any danger, even when danger is near. If these people are in a position as a leader, they will demonstrate to the general public that does not need to worry.</p>

<p>During bypass surgery, heart muscle can be damaged by lack of blood supply thereby increasing the risk of getting heart attack patients. However, the new findings, published in the American Journal of Cardiology, indicate that curcumin &#8211; a yellow pigment in <u>turmeric</u> &#8211; may alleviate this risk when added to traditional therapies.</p>
<p>Wanwarang Wongcharoen, leader of the study of Chiang Mai University has said that the findings are still done on a small scale and should be confirmed in larger studies. As is known, <a title="turmeric" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turmeric" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">turmeric</a> extract has long been used in traditional medicine of China and India. Research suggests inflammation plays an important role in the development of various diseases, including heart disease.</p>
<p>In his study, researchers studied 121 patients who were not in post-emergency bypass surgery at the hospital between 2009 and 2011. Half of the patients were given one gram of curcumin capsules four times a day. They are enriched curcumin capsules three days before surgery and continuing for five days after the operation. The other half ate the same amount of placebo capsules.</p>
<p>The results have shown that after bypass surgery, as many as 13 percent of participants who had been taking curcumin had a heart attack. While the participants who took placebo, 30 percent have a heart attack (much larger).</p>
<p>Before the participants underwent heart surgery, Wanwarang Wongcharoen and colleagues also found that participants who received curcumin had 65 percent lower risk of heart attack. Wongcharoen opinion, and anti-inflammatory antioxidants contained in the curcumin may have helped prevent heart damage in patients.</p>
<p>Jawahar Mehta, a cardiologist from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, who was not involved in this study, said that Curcumin has long been believed to have the ability to reduce inflammation and reduce oxygen toxicity or damage caused by free radicals in several studies. But that does not mean that turmeric can be a substitute for treatment.</p>
<p>According to Jawahar Mehta that there are several types of drugs such as aspirin, statins, and beta blockers have been shown to help heart patients and even the participants involved in this study have also been used. <p>In this research the researchers monitored 21 healthy people, who all live in a sleep laboratory for nearly six weeks, in which the cycles of sleep, diet and activity are all controlled by the researcher.</p>
<p>The results of these studies have shown, participants are only allowed to sleep for about six hours a night and experienced a shift in the cycle sleep / wake has a blood sugar level is higher and tends to slow down the metabolic process. The researchers said that higher glucose levels for long periods of time on some of the participants could be increased to prediabetes.</p>
