Unfavorable weather or damp in the rainy season seems to be a very appropriate time for flu viruses to attack. Most people believe that gargling with salt water will be very effective to relieve the symptoms of flu.

In order to get the best results, dissolve half a teaspoon of salt into a glass of warm water which is then used to rinse the mouth for a few seconds.
