Germs, Should Teach Your Child to Freedom from Germs

Personal hygiene of a child should be a top priority of parents for prevention of a variety of germs that may cause illness. Children are prone to disease because of ignorance and curiosity.
Therefore, it is important for parents to instill hygienic habits early on. There are some basic things you should teach children to be free of germs associated:
- Wash hands. Once the children are taught to wash their hands, it would be easy to teach him when he should wash their hands. Experts argue that the best way to make children want to wash hands is to sing a song. Teach proper hand washing as rubbing the palm of the hand, the upper surface of the hands and between your fingers. And most importantly, you must teach him to clean the dirt in the nails to be free from germs.
- Toothbrush. Dental care is needed since the children aged one year to prevent the risk of cavities. Many ways to make children want to brush your teeth. One way is to provide a toothbrush with a picture of his favorite cards, so they are a fun activity for him. Make sure that he was brushing his canines and incisors to move upward and downward. Teach children to brush their teeth twice daily to remove food residue stuck to the teeth so that your child’s teeth free from germs.
- Cleaning the tongue. Teach your child to clean his tongue after brushing your teeth. The tongue is a place for bacteria to grow and develop. Tell your children to clean up two-thirds of the front of the tongue and avoid the rough brush users (to prevent blisters).
- Bathing twice a day. According to experts, the frequency of baths depends on the season. During the summer, children are usually sweaty and thus a shower twice a day will help clear your child’s skin. Teach him to rub the face, hands, feet, armpits, groin and lower thighs, and rinse all the soap on his body with water flowing to the germs that stick to wasted from the body. If your child refuses to bathe, coaxed him to put his favorite toy in the bathtub.
- Cleaning the ears. Cleanliness child’s ears should not be escaped your attention. Bring your child to the doctor for dirt in the ear can be cleaned to prevent the risk of complications such as infection, irritation or damage to the eardrum.
- Own bathroom. A child should be taught to be self-cleaning. It aims to make children more independent. You can teach this when the child turns age two or three years so that your child will be free from germs.
