good sugarResearch has shown that eating foods containing “good sugar” may be one way to keep the body trim. According to a recent study published the Journal of Clinical Investigation, by maintaining glucose levels in the brain may be an effective stance for someone to avoid eating or snacking temptations that can lead to obesity?

The researchers suggest that to avoid a drop in glucose levels in the brain can be done by way of a friendly type of carbohydrate consumed. This can be done by snacking on fruits and vegetables. Eat little but often, researchers say, also can press the opportunity to be tempted to eat high-calorie foods, especially for those who are obese.

Prof. Sinha Rajita from Yale University in the United States said that the key lies in eating healthy foods that can maintain glucose levels. The brain needs sugar both as food. Research has shown that when the supply of glucose to the brain decreases, in general, a person will lose control and feeling hungry. Good sugar is derived either from foods that contain lots of carbohydrates.

For those who are obese or have a body fat, decreased glucose levels can trigger hunger that will cause them to consume carbohydrates, especially of sweet foods. In fact, the source of carbohydrate can come from foods that contain “good sugars” such as fresh fruits, vegetables, brown rice, or whole grains. While the types of carbohydrates are “bad” such as white bread, candy, cookies contain sugar, soda, and various other sweet snacks.

So if you want to stay slim, of course you should be more intelligent in choosing the food you will consume. You can start to consume carbohydrates with either type of good sugar that your body stays slim.
