Sleeping too late at night can be a time bomb for your health and can result in deadly because of the risk of heart attack and stroke. This was the result of research that analyzed data on more than 470,000 people in eight countries.
If you lack of sleep 6 hours every night and often suffer from sleep disorders, your risk of heart attack 48 percent off and 15 percent of stroke. The researchers also revealed that chronic sleep deprivation or which has lasted a long time will cause the body to produce certain hormones and chemicals that can increase the risk of developing heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and obesity.
Sleep for seven hours each night mentioned will protect health and reduce chronic disease risk.
