Lemon can eliminate fatigue

Would you be planning to vacation at this weekend by going out of town just to say a brief refreshing? But what happens in next Monday! You will be packed with a lot of activities ranging from meeting schedule here and there. Here is necessary to drive the powerful stance tired from the trip across town from now on try to always provide lemonade.

A study at the University Of Maryland’s Medical Center has proven that the aroma and taste of lemon with a high content of vitamin C can reduce fatigue and give the effect of freshness. Keep in mind that lemons contain antioxidants and prevention of infection that often affects people who are exhausted.

The recipe is Squeeze one lemon into a medium size glass of warm water. Mix with one tablespoon of honey. Drink up. Repeat 3 times a day. But if we are already sick (fever) for being too tired, drink this potion every 2 hours, until the fever subsided.
