Pain relief for patients suffering from nerve damage can be mitigated by using pipe smoking marijuana. Research had been conducted on patients have shown an improvement of quality sleep.

Some health experts from the UK say that despite the potential of marijuana as pain medication is still small but difficult to overcome the effects of sleep and depression needs to be studied further. In a study involving 23 patients suffering from chronic pain caused by nerve disorders. Until now there has not been the most effective treatment for them. But in trials using marijuana cigarette, the patients felt less pain symptoms.

Patients were asked smoking marijuana with a dose of 25 mg three times daily for five days of diving and supervision carried out by nurses. Some patients are given the active cannabis tetrahydrocannibinol content with the amount of 2.5 per cent, 6 per cent and 9.4 per cent while others were given a placebo. From the results of the research are apparently those who get the highest dose experienced pain is significantly reduced compared with patients who received placebo. This was also influenced by sleep disorders and anxiety they felt over the years.

However this therapy can not be done alone by the patient because basically suck the drug will not cause any psychoactive effects as well as if we are using Marijuana in greater numbers.
