Recognizing the Symptoms of Menopause Period
A woman will enter menopause usually in the middle of the age of 50 years and there will be some biological changes that will be experienced by the woman. These changes typically occur in a sharp decline in ovarian function that will result in a decline in sex hormones, especially estrogen. This condition will cause some symptoms that would disrupt a woman.
Some early signs of menopause in general are irregular menstrual periods. This phase will last for several months to several years. Time as this is often called pre-menopause. Menopause itself is often interpreted as the last time a woman will be menstruating. If a woman has stopped menstruating for one year will be considered a doctor as a certainty that the woman had suffered post-menopause. Hormonal changes that occur, of course, will result in the emergence of symptoms that interfere. Here are some symptoms that are often associated with estrogen deficiency.
For the short term:
- Menstruation will occur irregularly
- Shot of heat (hot flushes). Some women complain they feel the heat.
- Frequent sweating
- Heart palpitations are often abnormally
- Mood disorders, irritability, fatigue, depression.
- Decreased libido
Medium term, the symptoms in a local organ:
- There will be a drying and thinning of the vaginal
- Pain during sexual intercourse would
- Bladder Infections
For Long Term
- Loss of bone density (osteoporosis)
- Broken or fractured bones
- Heart disease
- Diseases of blood vessels, such as hypertension
