Simple Things but Make You Happy
You do not need to do a complicated journey to the ends of the world in search of happiness. To get the ultimate happiness in a way started to keep a distance with your communication devices and do charity helping others. That is the message voiced by a global movement to happiness.
Action for Happiness is an initiative that sparked the idea of Richard Layard, a professor of economics from the London School of Economic along with Geoff Mulgan and Anthony Seldon. The movement is now supported by more than 4,500 members from 68 countries and organizations. One of its members is the Dalai Lama, spiritual leader of Tibet.
The new movement was launched 12 April 2011 was to invite all people to create more happiness in this world and make positive actions to promote happiness wherever we are. This movement also rejected the attitudes of individualism and the pursuit of material wealth. They provide practical tips to find the happiness of life, who claimed to be based on scientific evidence.
In its website, actionforhappiness.org, they also provide simple tips for seekers of happiness, among others, exercise, meditate, stand off for a moment of technological devices as well as charity.
External factors are most responsible for one’s happiness is the quality of relationships in the home, workplace and community. Meanwhile, internal factors the main one are one’s mental health.
