Smoking, Do not Ever Think Did It
Eliminating smoking or even stop completely is difficult. Moreover, for those who have experienced addiction? Therefore, for those of you who have never smoked, never once possessed your mind to try smoking.
Smoking is a habit that will eventually become a character, where it can’t be separated from its main source of the mind. Most people smoke, especially in young children it’s all because of the mind. When we first want to think not to smoke, we will never try to smoke.
It is very difficult to change the character of people who are already addicted to smoking. So it required an effort to change minds and paradigms of the smoker as the root source of the problem. The first source is the mind. Therefore, we must include education, knowledge into the minds of smokers. So expect the habits and character of the person may be changed.
In adults, smoking can lead to risk of chronic bronchitis, emphysema, stroke, coronary heart disease and lung cancer. Where, 90 percent of the incidence of lung cancer and 75 percent of incident chronic bronchitis and emphysema in the world are caused by smoking. The incidence of chronic diseases can be easily and quickly be reduced only by changing lifestyles. Reducing smoking is one effort to change behaviors that can prevent chronic disease or reduce complications of the illness.
Therefore, quitting smoking at any age remains profitable and can increase life expectancy. So, quit smoking faster more profitable. World Health Organization (WHO) identified that there are 4,000 chemical substances contained in cigarette smoke, in which 250 chemicals are hazardous and 50 other types can cause cancer. According to WHO, Indonesia currently ranks third in the China and India as a country that most amount of smokers in Asia!
