Stroke can be triggered by the Fish Fry
Some nutrition experts often recommend eating three healthy foods namely fruits, vegetables and fish. But, whether the fish is processed by frying included in healthy foods?
Apparently according to a study look at the link between fish consumption and stroke, excluding fried fish healthy food. The survey was conducted in the area called “stroke belt” in the United States, the Carolinas, Arkansas and Louisiana due to the high stroke patients in the area and found the majority of the population regularly eat fish by frying.
Stroke can occur because blood vessels that supply nutrients to the brain are blocked due to blockage of blood vessels. So that can cause nerve cells that need oxygen to be dead. All factors which may cause the risk of heart disease such as hypertension and high cholesterol can also cause a stroke.
From the research, about 32 percent of the population in the region “stroke belt” to eat fish at least twice a week cooking, even more when compared with residents in other regions. Dr.Fadi Nahab, who is director of the stroke program at Emory University Hospital also said frying will cause stroke prevention from the fish go missing.
From studies conducted in Spain also have found that when fish are not fried in saturated fatty acid content of omega-3 found in fish will also disappear and be replaced with unhealthy fats. It is mainly found in fish such as salmon, sea belt. In other fish species decreased levels of omega-3 not as many marine fish.
