All medical disorders have signs or symptoms. But this does not exist due to high blood pressure in some people with high blood pressure will not feel the symptoms if they do not measure their blood pressure.

Hypertension is generally very difficult to find underlying causes and conditions are generally also associated in a family history of hypertension. Therefore, hypertension is called essential hypertension. There are several factors that can influence the prevalence of hypertension, namely;

1. Is the age factor,
2. Smoking addiction,
3. Caused by overweight or obesity,
4. Lack of physical activity,
5. Caused by eating too much salt,
6. Frequently drink alcohol excessively,
7. Prolonged stress,
8. There is a kidney disorder such as renal failure, kidney artery narrowing,
9. Having a thyroid problem,
10. Complications in pregnancy or Preeklamsia.
