What Is Heart Failure Disease ?
Heart failure disease is the inability of the heart as a pump blood adequately to meet the needs of the body’s metabolism. Such a situation is often caused by primary disorders of the heart muscle or heart of the excessive load. But it can also be caused by a combination of primary disorders of the heart muscle or heart of the excessive load.
In order to meet the needs of the body’s metabolism, the heart acts as a central pump that will pump the blood to deliver materials that the body’s metabolism is needed by all body tissues and also to transport the wastes to be excluded from the body.
Excessive burden upon the heart of preload or volume loading frequently occurs in defect with shunt from left to right, valve regurgitation or fistula arteriovena. While an excessive load or burden on after load press that occurred at the exit of heart obstruction.
Congestive heart failure in infants and children is very common emergency encountered by health workers everywhere. Complaints and symptoms vary widely so it is often difficult to distinguish from other diseases caused outside the heart. Heart failure is the inability of the heart to maintain cardiac output (cardiac output = CO) in meeting the needs of the body’s metabolism. Decrease in CO resulted in effective blood volume is reduced.
Heart failure is a condition patifisiologi where the heart as unable to pump blood to meet the needs of metabolism network. Important characteristics of this definition is the first, the definition of failure is relative to the body’s metabolic needs, and second, the emphasis of the meaning intended function of the failing heart pump as a whole.
