Why Children Need Sleep?
Some experts expressed different opinions about the different needs at least the kids for a nap. Some experts say that naps are good for children’s health to the body, let alone going through the growth period.
Throughout the afternoon nap, the hormone cortisol is useful to neutralize the stress that when you wake up the body in a fresh and able to concentrate well. There are several benefits to be gained by napping:
1. Restoring physical and mental condition.
2. Easy to concentrate.
3. Easy to communicate and capture the conversation.
4. Adaptable.
Children nap difficult because of busy playing, or are feeling very happy. As a result, children become fussy prolonged, lack of concentration, hard to get along with, and disturbed sleep at night. Now, following which parents can do to “persuade” the little that would take a nap:

- At least one hour before afternoon nap, the child was not given an exhausting activity. Encourage your child to do quiet activities in the bedroom.

However, for children of school age, in principle, not a requirement nap. However, if there is time, for example, children come home from school at 14:00, then take a nap until 16:00 o’clock, playing for a while, then showered and learning, it is still allowed.
